Self cleanin oven/double ovens

Do oven manufacturers offer a self cleaning option. We lived in the US and this feature is practically standard. Seems strange as the chemicals required to manually clean an oven are extremely toxic and not enviro friendly.

I had an idea that ovens generally have self cleaning liners but am open to correction on this. My main oven is a Neff which has pyrolytic cleaning, just select the option and for a couple of hours it does it's thing, heating up to 500 degrees centigrade (the door locks and the oven must be empty) and when finished you just wipe a bit of ash away and the oven looks brand new again. Absolutely brilliant!

I know that De Dietrich do a good Pyroclean oven but expect to pay up to €1400 for a double oven. I have one about 6 years and it is simple to clean and well worth the investment. Siemens also offer a pyroclean model.
