hello everyone.
first time poster alert!!
i've searched through the forums and key posts but can't find an answer.
we started our mortgage process eighteen months ago. we built our house with a bridging loan from a credit union with the view to getting the mortgage through the CU.
(obviously) there have been MANY delays in the process but thank god we seem to be almost there now.
we signed the loan offer and all other legal docs in the solicitors office last week.
my question now is: is it possible that the lender can come back looking for any other information from us at this stage?
we are afraid to hope that we might finally be at the end of this long hard road.
thanks in advance for any replies, and please feel free to ask any questions. i'll do my best to answer them.
