Self Build - Dublin City Council - Connection charges?

Just about to commence a self build in north dublin, aside from the €13k due under Sec. 48 of the Planning and Development Act can anybody advise me of the charges the council will be looking for to connect me to water and sewerage ect? The site is a corner site beside an existing house.
