seeking poem

Am looking for words of a very old poem for my mum.She learnt it about 70years ago but still remembers some verses.It's called "Cathal Mór of the wine red hand".No look on Google.

It's a song, too.

My sister and I have been looking for the words of a poem that she and her classmates won a Feis/Elocution competition in the Fifties with, it was "Polly's Sunday Hat". Between us we can remember about two verses but are missing some of it.
We have got the books "Poems we learned at school" written by a former school teacher Thomas F Walsh and have also Googled for it but have not had any luck.
It is probably a long shot but it's worth a try.
