Seed Capital Relief

Does anyone know how an investment intermediary would qulaify for seed capital? We have a client who sells investment products i.e. you give him €20K and he goes off and invests it in different schemes.

After speaking to some of his peers who got the seed capital relief the client seems to be under the impression that his company is also a qualifying company for seed capital. I cant see how this is the case as his not exporting 70% of his products in order to be a qulaifying company with Enterprise Ireland.

Does anyone have any experience with this or can shed any light?

I would have thought same as you but just looked at Enterprise Ireland site and I wonder is the "internationally traded service" what might be the issue that he is thinking of ? Can he qualify there?

It's a bit of a grey area. I'll ask EI what exactly an Internationally Traded Service is.
