Security warning --- rad.msn,com

When I open windows live messenger I have started to get 2 pop up boxes.
One is "security warning" with rad.msn.com and the other is titled "ADSAd Client3r.dll.
Can someone please explain 1) What has happened and 2) how do I fix it

If so, it's either the ads or MSN Today.

Thanks -- Gone now. Not sure if I know how I removed it!! Used avg to "delete complete history"
Tools and internet options etc did not appear to work.
Anyway Thanks again
