Hope you all have your christmas ham.
All gone here in tesco,superquinn and cornlescourt.
fight broke out in dunnes and security called because of the ham.

Ahh sure if the security guards are sorting out a fight at least they arn't out making the traffic worse.
 
Once passed by a row which actually came to blows in Crazy Prices in Tallaght. Two women actually had a fist fight over a piece of gammon.
 
On T.V. last evening they showed people queing in O'Donovans butchers in Cork for their Christmas hams. One women said that Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without a ham purchased from O'Donovans. Later in the story the owner was being interviewed and said that he had to get a lot of his hams from overseas this year. Here was me thinking that this butcher reared, slaughtered and cured his own hams and that they were something really special. I wonder why the woman didn't go to Tescos.
There was a queue down the street in Stillorgan yesterday and security for people waiting to go in to Fenelons butchers.
