Hi,
currently i have a 3 loans- 10K AIB, 10K Tesco loans and 25K BOI, both the AIB and BOI loans are over 7 yrs and the other over 5yrs.
The interest rates charged on the 7 yr loans is excessive it seems, and what im trying to do is secure one refinancing loan from Ulster bank preferably or else tesco at 5.8% AND 6.9%(they are the best out there) over 10 years.
However they are saying to me they will only do it over 5 years(which isnt worthwhile)
My question is how can I secure a 35K loan over 10 years(i am not a home owner) any relevant tips/advice on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
