In relation to the pending cessation on section reliefs, I am assuming that the cut off dates relate to cut off for properties being eligible for the relief.
Once found to be eligible in advance of the cut off date, I assume the property will remain eligible for the full life of the relief, unaffected by the cut off date. Just want to make sure the relief can be passed on, should we decide to sell w/in 10 years.
I know the situation could change in future finance bills, so just looking for the position as it currently stands.
