Second hand house - survey results

Similar to another poster, im buying a second hand house and just got the survey back. The house is in top order but the only fault is that the attic tank is not lagged.

Is this something the vendor should fix or is it up to the purchaser to negotiate based on the survey findings.

Anyone got any idea how it would cost to do an average?

It will cost less than your solicitor will charge to inform the other party you want the tank insulated.

Do it yourself there is nothing wrong with the house based on that report, about 20euros, is it really worth it trying to get 20euros of the price of the house??! Second hand houses are not perfect, this is a very minor issue
