Hi Guys
I have put a deposit down on a second hand car (05 Toyota Avensis)
Basically I did a routine vehicle check, everything checked out
except that the car was sold in Feb 06 presumably by the first owner
and then was either sitting in a garage or something until I came along
and paid a deposit on it last week.
This would account for the low mileage (14k).
I'm wondering is this unusual or do cars get passed from dealer to dealer?
It is a high spec Avensis so it is conceivable that it would take longer to
shift that the base model.
Also I am buying it from a Toyota dealer and it comes under the assured car guarantee, it still has a years manufacturers warrantee.
Any advice would be great
