Search for Shoes

There was an add on the tv recently which shows a woman with lovely purple shoes which have ribbons laced up her leg. Can't remember what the ad was for, but I think it may have been for hair removal cream. But the shoes are to die for.

Any anyone remember the ad or know where I could get similar shoes?
