I always thought Seanie was quite the dresser, but either he has shrank in size or Louis is playing tricks with him. Judging by the spare capacity around the shoulders and the extra inch or so in the sleeve length, I reckon his coat is either one or two sizes to big for him. As for the trousers, well turn-ups went out with the Flood tribunal
