Used them, nothing exciting, cost €60. When they came they said my chimney would better suit the normal way? rather than their system so did it that way whatever that was. Noticed no difference between their clean and the local chimney sweep for €20. same smell of soot and light dusting of it everywhere. Only difference was they gave me a receipt and told me I would need the have this as evidence of having the chimney cleaned in case of insurance claim due to chimney fire. Havent come across this before but maybe its true.
