Looking at buying an apartment in Seabrook manor. Used to rent there few years ago and loved it apart from the fact that within 1 yr I got 3 bikes stolen.... anyway, how is it now? Is 'underground' car park safe? How in general are people living there? I suppose there still hundreds of prams around.... how high are management fees? Thx.
