I have a property leased to SDCC under the long term rental scheme. My lease states that I am entitled to inspect my property during the contract Section 5.3 in lease agreement.
. I contacted the council the start of last December and council said they would organise early in new year. Have contacted them January/Febuary/March and at this point am been ignored.
Will escalate April if inspection is not scheduled.
My lease is up November 1st this year after ten years. I have not inspected the property over the lease as council are responsible for maintenance.
I have informed the council I will be selling at end of lease.
Anybody have experience in this area.
Maybe getting a little paranoid but thinking council do not want me to see the unit until lease is up.
