Sdcc On Daft?

Ive just been looking at the daft website and SDCC is listed as an agent??:confused: It has the correct address & phone-number.

They are advertising 1,2 & 3 beds in citywest/adamstown. Some have prices but others just say call. How does this work - does it mean you just ring up & ask about any of them?

How come Ive been on list for years waiting for a phonecall but now they are advertising on the internet:rolleyes:

What about all the lists/allocations etc?

i just had a look at it. mmm, very strange indeed. how come they dont call&sell those developments to the ppl on SDCC list? instead of selling them to the public now??

I dont think they are on sale to the general publinc....if you look on Property paths web-site is says something about brining your SDCC reference number with you to the viewing

I'm assuming this means people on the list will be given priority....well hopefully anyway!
 
Yeh its just advertising for affordable housing applicants! Now that would be scandalous if every joe soap could get a "discounted" property!
