Scrip Dividend Online dealing Question

I was wondering if anyone knows an online broker to buy shares through that offers scrip dividends on European and US shares. I use Davy's at present (very good apart from this) and have also contacted TD's but both only offer this service on Irish and UK shares. Any help would be appreciated as I would rather reinvest than be hammered for tax twice over.

The above is correct, so I'm not sure what the OP means by getting hammered twice on tax.

I pay foreign tax as the shares are Spanish/US etc, then on that net amount I pay irish tax. Thats what i meant about being hammered twice. Thats with my current brokers.

However on the shares I can get the scrip dividend on I don't pay this tax or certainly not that I can see I do.
