Try Display> Settings> Advanced. Look for an option similar to "rotate"
Or. Right click the desktop. Click Properties > Settings > Advanced > Graphics card. And rotate should be there..
One of my kids changed one of the laptops in our house recently - ended up adjusting the Tablet Display settings in Control Panel to fix it.
There must be a key shortcut that does it but I haven't found that yet!!!
