Screen Burn

Hi, kids got an xbox for christmas and have been using it on a 42" flat screen plasma TV which was bought a year previously. The screen reception is now fuzzy and unclear. Have tried to adjust the settings but with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas if this can be fixed. Thanks.

I have used a standard (non 360) X-Box on my Samsung Plasma 42" in 'Game Mode' and not experienced any problems.

'Game Mode' is meant to reduce the risk of 'screen burn', but I'm not sure that is your issue?

Thanks Ccovich. Maybe we do have screen burn - what is that? Never knew anything about switching modes to use XBox. If we do have screen burn is there anything we can do about it or is it a lost cause.
