pretty sure there isn't as we had same issue with builders cleaning windows and leaving loads of scratches, they tried all sorts of things to remove scratches including "polishing" but as the window company had originally assured them, its not possible, so, if the builders were forced to cough up for new glass I'd say theres no other option unless you can just live with it? Sorry.
