Scratches and paint work through insurance

So sorry if this has been asked already but my car has a number of separate dents and scratches of the paint work on it. (jeep door opened into it, scratch from dodgy reversing by me! and some type of corrosive material from car park at work on bonnet)

query is can you claim for the repair work through car insurance??

Would you be able to claim from work for the damage to the car in the car park. Also a good t-cut might lessen the effect of some of the damage.
