scrapyard for cars?

Hi,

I have a 95 corsa excellent condition but the nct and tax are out at the end of the month - will a scrapyard buy it off me for parts, (dont want the hassle of selling it) im in lucan where would the nearest one be?

There's a large one just out the motorway in Kilcock - Higgins.
Or one on the old Galway road between Enfield and Kilcock.

Advertise it for a few hundred euro and you'd be surprised - someone might be looking for a donor car or a cheap runabout for a few months.
