Are there any car dealers doing a scrappage deal at the moment? Need a new car, but I don't think the old one is very safe (13yo, 212k miles, crashed some time ago).
Windsor Motors are currently doing a 3000 euro scrappage on the Almera( which is discontinued). List is 21000 approx( inclusive of delivery and metallic) so 18000. The spec on the Almera is quite good, gets good reviews for reliability, but you would need to consider the depreciation on an older model. You could pick up a 06 model in Merlin for 16000.
