Scopetronic house alarm

We have a scopetronic alarm in the house that we moved into 3 years ago - I've no idea how long ago it was installed but I suspect a few years at least. I don't have the manual and have been unable to locate.

It goes off on its own bat every now and then - display then switches between u (which means armed I think) and E.

I've seen previous posts re this alarm but they seem to be different problems.

2 questions:
1. Anyone know what the above display means?
2. Anyone know where to get hold of a manual?

Thanks - already got hold of one.

Anyone got a softcopy of the user manual for a scopetronic homeguard system? Got windows/doors replaced recently and forgot to take the sensor blocks from the doors, so need to replace them (but struggling with the wiring)
