Scoliosis

Hi,

I've had bad back problems for 5 years. Only recently found out
it Scoliosis - this is after 1000's of euros on doctors, etc.

Anyone know someone who has this and how they are treating it?

I don't fancy a op to have rods straighten my spine.

My daughter was diagnosed with Scoloisis when she was about 6. We were advised to buy a climbing frame and encourage her to use it as much as possible. Swiming was also recommended. She absolutely loved the climbing frame and did use it a lot.She also swam a lot and her condition improved dramatically
