Hats of to Schoolbooks.ie for customer service. Checked last Saturday to see status of order, one book was out of print. Emailed them Saturday, followed up with call on Monday requesting that they cancel book off order and ship balance. As I am on hols from Saturday I requested they expedite delivery of the order.

Monday afternoon email with GLS tracking number
Tuesday morning GLS arrive with books
Wednesday morning email from schoolbooks to confirm reciept
Thursday morning call from schoolbooks dispatch to ensure all ok.
Credit card refunded immediately with cost of cancelled book.

Highly recommend, great to see this level of customer service from a webstore.

Agreed. This is the only way to buy schoolbooks in my opionion. and the book covering service is excellent.

Used them for the first time this year too and agree it is a great service.
Agree that the book covering at a euro each is excellent !

have noticed recently that many web companies seem to have overtaken their bricks & morter rivals on the customer service front. They are often cheaper too!
