scanning old paper records to file, any company available?

In our workplace we have thousands of old records, that we need to keep, but they are occupying a lot of space in a confined area. Does anyone know of a company that can archive them electronically?
They are not in a standard A4 size, have been folded poorly, but do contain data that we need to preserve.
