My partner and i are getting married in 18 months time so we want to start open a joint savings account for it. We are looking to put about 300 each a month into a savings account. We know that we will have to borrow when the wedding comes nearer but will be nice to have a lump sume to soften the cough of some of the bills.
Could anyone recommend a joint account for us ?. We each deal with different banks and would prefer if we could set up a standing order just to have the money taken from out accounts on the same day each month.
Any info would be great.
