Saorview issues

Hi,

I have a free to air Sky box with UK stations and an Aerial from my roof going into an Amplifier that is feeding my bedroom TV on one Coax Cable. The Bedroom TV is not Digital. I bought a Saorview box to recieve the Digital Irish channels. When i connect this saorview box to the coax cable i receive the lrish channels in digital form but lose the benefit of the skyeye from skybox. How do I incorporate the skybox into this system ?

Your amplifier (or possibly, but less likely, the Saorview box) is blocking the signal from the eye back to the Sky box. You'll need to use a http://www.amazon.co.uk/SLx-Digi-Bypass-Kit/dp/B004TB3L16 (bypass) kit.
