saorview aerial advise needed

looking for a saorview aerial saw these in b+q and want your opinions
slx2 high gain 64 element wide band aerial 27985d €71
slx2 mega boost high gain wide band aerial with built in booster 27885d also €71
also tristar high gain 48 element aerial
the mega boost model has a fixing kit included in price ,does that mean it is just a poor aerial with just a few extras thrown in to make it look good

saorview map coverage shows my transmitter located 30 - 40 miles away, so i assume i would definitely need a high gain aerial or would a medium gain aerial do

this is the place to ask and state your location so they will know the transmitter, and by the way if you can pick up tv3 with existing aerial YOU WONT NEED a new aerial.
