Has anyone had any dealings with these? I closed down my card last year leaving a credit balance of €30 to cover the stamp duty. I have received no statements since until I get a letter, 15 months later saying I need to pay further stamp duty. Any suggestions? Have tried calling but I just get put on hold. They respond to UK queries with 5 working days but don't have a timeline for how long it takes to deal with Iish queries.
