Sandyford to the Mater Hospital?

I need to get from Sandyford to the Mater Hospital by car on Saturday morning for 09:30 - 10:00. What is my best route and how long should I give myself? I don't know Dublin too well but I'd be fairly good on the main routes.
 
Take the N11 to Leeson Street bridge, turn right just after bridge, continue past Holles Street Hospital, turn left onto Pearse Street, straight on and over Butt Bridge, left lane up Gardiner street, not sure from here, maybe another poster will fill in the blanks.
 
Continue until Gardiner Street reaches Dorset Street, turn left onto Dorset Street and at the next traffic lights turn right onto Eccles Street up towards the Mater..(Mater private is close to Dorset Street). Mater public is further on up Eccles Street towards Berkley Road.
