Hi, my parents have just bought a flat screen samsung tv. My problem is that no matter what you watch on the tv it makes it look like it is a documentary ie the colour tone and also the speed seems quicker than our other tv. Have fiddled with the menu but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

Lower the contrast?
A lot of new tv`s are factory preset under bright light settings, most domestic light conditions would not normally be so bright, so try lowering the contrast.
