This would be totally SIM-free and not locked to any network. If you buy in Ireland, the phones are often network-locked.

I ordered from Expansys before and other than the delivery taking 5 days rather than the advertised 3, had no problem.

Just had a inside report that the phone is being tested by Vodafone and testing should be finished by end of week. So should be released soon.
