Samsung galaxy phone

I have a Samsung Galaxy phone but no instruction book, there is one annoying problem I can't seem to sort ...incoming emails are not showing the correct time there is a time difference of 9 hours on them...phone is at correct time and emails I send show correct time ...any idea how I might sort this problem..thanks in advance

K-9 Mail is a much better mail app on the Samsung, I use it on my Galaxy. The default mail app isn't great IMO.
