Samsung F480 Tacco SOund quality

Hi -I have this phone and I like it a lot! Much better than any blackberry or Nokia I have had before apart fron terrible call sound quality. When I am on a call it sounds like i am on to Snoopys Teacher. Does anyone know if this is a problem with the phone in general or is it just my handset.

Sound is fine on mine so it might just be yours.
