Sale of Budapest Apartment

Sadly I may need to sell my apartment in Budapest - District XIII - Marina Part. Appreciate this may not be the easiest of tasks. Does anyone have any recent relevant experience of selling ? The commission rates that I have seen so far seem excessive - what is appropriate ? Any help appreciated.

Have the commission rates gone up significantly from when you initially purchased (and did your investigations on how easy it would be to dispose of the property in the future), and now?
