seems low

Seems low to me.

The average industrial wage is 28k, and you would seem to warrant a salary well above the average industrial wage.

You do get 20% bonus, that's €5,600, which is nice, but still it appears you have a case for a rise.

seems low

im assistant to the financial controller for 5 years and getting 24500

Part of finance department, preparing financial reports on an ongoing basis for various departments and different levels of management. Lots of ad-hoc reporting, helping to maintain a company database of financial information. I'm not sure what other people at this level are making in the company and as I'm relatively new it's hard to ask anybody.

Can I ask do what qualifications you have?

From my experience in Dublin, some-one leaving college with a degree can start on about 24k in a similiar type role, and should be on about 28k after 2 years.

For some-one with 5 years experience, it does seem a little low, however the bonus of 20% is above average, and does bring the overall total to 33.6k.
