Salary Increase Business Case

Hi all,

I have to put a Business Case together, to prove that I deserve the increase I am looking for?

Can anyone recommend any sites/information/layout....

I assume what your employer wants is a bulletpointed document.

Points of relevance would be :

Your personal growth in company, knock on impact to employees / company, this will involve all areas you have taken responsibility for, leadership roles, mentoring etc ....

The benefits the company has accrued from you since last pay rise

External roles you perform that increase companys positive awareness.
