Hi all,
I am doing some bookeeping for a small company at the moment using Sage instant accounts. I have used Sage line 50 for years so I know it very well except for one thing I am having problems with.
I would do around 500 sales invoices per month and inputting one at a time is so time consuming. Apparantly there is a recurring invoice option on instant accounts and I just cannot find it. It would mean all I would have to do is modify a few invoices each month and print them off instead of manually doing them all!.
Is anyone famililar with this option?
Also, through using Sage over the years I always uploaded a .csv file and imported it into sage to create the invoices which was alot easier. I have been trying to do the same here using excel and I cannot get sage to recognise certain fields. I would much rather use the recurring invoices option if possible!.
