does anyone have any experience in using SAGE and what was it like. Contemplating upgrading some systems at the minute and I've heard some good things about SAGE.

Also has anyone experienced their customer service/support and what was it like

depends on what version. Im a sage reseller and it has its problems like any other software. Do you currently have sage already ?

I have used both Sage Line 50 and Sage Time and Fees.

Line 50 was fine, but there were some annoying little glitches with Time and Fees, numbering the accounts once you got past 1,000 and printing customer lists, eg 1001 will print out after number 1, etc. more like software glitches.

I will say that the helpdesk support are always prompt, courteous and sort any queries to the best of their ability.

You can download a trial version from their website, I'm checking it out now. It gives you 15 days trial and I got a courtesy email asking how i was getting on which indicated good customer service.
