Ryder Cup - House Rental

Hi Folks,

I'm sure you've all heard loads about the Ryder Cup next year and the mad money been spoken about re Irish House Rental.

I live about 4 or 5 miles from the K Club, and I've been looking into this and I'm a bit suspect about it. I've been on the a few differnet websites and seen people's houses advertised there.

However does anyone know someone who has exactly rented there's yet e.g. have someone 100% agreed to take it their house for the week or 2 for the money it was advertised??
 
I don't know of anyone that has there house rented for the Ryder cup but there does seem to be a big enough business out there in getting homeowners to submit there house for rental on-line for fees ranging between €150-€200, promising rental fees between €3k-10K. It's hard to know how reputable these c/o are and how sucessfully they will be in renting your property.

This c/o will advertise your property in return for taking a 15% commission on the rental income.
