Having really enjoyed the RC so far I decided to have a financial interest today via Paddy Power. Picked 4 players and after the first 3 obliged I was cheering on McGinly and delighted when he rolled up to the hole on the 18th. Then what does he do..... concedes a half to the yank wiping out about 80% of my winnings - hard to believe he would do that! I thought betting on horses was supposed to be dodgy but this beats the lot.

Apparently he conceded because a streaker ran on to the green and hung around before belly-flopping into the water.

I didn't see this on the TV coverage but a friend who was there insisted it happened and led to the concession...
