Last week, we were due to fly to England but the flight was cancelled because of high winds. Ryanair offered us a refund or a seat on the next available flight. However, no Ryanair flights were available, and as we needed to get to England for a funeral, we booked 3 seats with Aer Lingus for the following morning at a cost of 190 euro each. Can we claim this money back from Ryanair ?
