I would be grateful if anyone could advise of the normal timeframe for a refund from Ryanair to be processed by credit card? I received an email on the 18th August saying that the card used for the transaction was being refunded but to date I have not received it. Anyone with any experience of refunds from Ryanair able to give me an idea?
