I think you can only pay by 'standing order' as well.

Is vertical seating not a contradiction in terms.
Surely it's called standing!!!!!!!!

No, this is to differentiate between horizontal standing which attracts a sleeping tax of 10% of the full fare. For one eyed shut-eye it's 7.5%.
