Ryanair - Medical Equipment and Hand Baggage

A relative is taking a Ryanair flight next week and needs to carry essential medical equipment with her (CPAP Machine). Can she carry this onboard in addition to her Hand Baggage? Its relatively small and comes in a holder bag. She has a card from her Medical Supplier stating that this is essential equipment.

Might be best to get in touch and ask them, they've been getting very strict on the one item only rule.
The closest I can find on their website is [broken link removed] - I know in your relative's case it's a lot smaller, but still probably best to check with them.
