These cheeky bast*rds took 6.18 secs mins to rectify a problem I had, which was there fault ! Thats about €12 to sort out what they messed up !
They would have taken longer had I not interrupted him while I listened to him type, he promptly told me it was sorted when I did.
Surely the consumer affairs people should be on to them for this no ?
