Ryanair gift vouchers- has anyone managed to book a flight with them!?

Has anyone received ryanair gift vouchers and actually managed to book a flight with them..

I have tried two numbers ... 1570 22 44 99 and 0818 30 30 30 and haven't managed to get through to anyone! I have tried about four seperate occasions now and no luck..driven demented with it!

it's a disgrace.. if i had time in work I'd be straight on to Joe about them!!
